Order Processing & Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal for your convenience in acquiring our orders. Your payment must successfully process before we begin preparing your delicate order. In rare cases where payment authorization fails, we reserve the right to cancel your sparkly  order without prior notice. For international customers, please be aware that currency conversion fees may apply based on your bank's policies.

Order Confirmation & Verification

After completing your purchase of our products, you'll receive an automated order confirmation email to the address provided. This pastel-colored email serves as your official receipt and contains all charming details about your selected order, including specifications, pricing breakdown, and shipping information. Inventory & Order Fulfillment

While we maintain careful tracking of our delicate order inventory, occasionally popular styles may become temporarily unavailable due to overwhelming demand from our lovely customers. In such special circumstances involving our order, we will notify you via email within 24 hours of purchase. You may choose to wait patiently for restock (typically 3-5 business days) or receive a full refund. 

Shipping Policy

Orders  typically require 1-2 business days for careful processing before shipment. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing may extend to 3-4 business days as we meticulously prepare each order. Once dispatched, domestic deliveries of our order generally arrive within 7-10 business days, while international shipments may take 7-14 business days depending on customs clearance of our delicate products. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your package  leaves our facility.

Returns & Exchanges

We happily accept returns within 30 days of delivery for store . Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original protective packaging with all tags still attached. To initiate a return of your order, simply email service@dokoshop.com with your order number and reason for return. You'll receive detailed instructions and a prepaid return label if eligible. Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned product back in perfect condition.

Pricing & Currency

All prices for our products are displayed in USD and include applicable value-added taxes where required by law. We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice due to fluctuations in material costs for our products. If you placed an order before a price change, you will be charged the amount shown at checkout. Promotional discounts on our products cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Any international customs fees are the customer's responsibility.
